Micron-ness channeled into a big orange veggie. |
How ’bout some dog inspired pumpkin art to get you in the mood for Halloween?
Designed and hacked out by my favorite kid, we have Micron as a punkin head. And his lovely girlfriend Sam brings us a howling werewolf.
I went all demonic face on my orange veggie. It’s the only thing I know how to carve. I’m in a pumpkin rut, it seems.
These shots are from the Halloween archives of 2010.
Boo! Now who’s scary, witch? |
We want to try and carve a Chihuahua pumpkin this year! Happy WW!

Awesome! So as the Micron pumpkin aged, he started looking like a Shar-Pei, right?

Well, you know I just said Witch because I didn't want to put Bitch in my blog. It's rather unbecoming to be so crass, LOL. But yeah, I wanted to say something like, “Yo, now who's scary, Bitch?”
However, I'm not the kind of girl who uses such bad language. Except for the comment section, it would seem.
Thanks for coming by the dog blog on this fine WW. I do love the photography on your site; just beautiful.

Hi Sugar, we would agree. “We” being the humans, of course. I don't trust the dogs with sharp objects. They'd go all Jedi fighting with each other, I'm afraid.

Ah Emily, that is why I leave it up to the left-handed, right-brained kid. He's carrying all that creative stuff around in his head. I can cut up a carrot for pot roast, but a pumpkin leaves me a bit frustrated. You can't eat the thing after you carve it, so what's up with all that effort anyway?

Well done with the costume tolerant cat. I tried putting just a bandanna on Bodine and it ended with more drama than I saw coming. Gah! says Bodine. It smells like the dog!

Well, yeah Micron's image took on a whole nuther look, that's for sure. A wrinkled Shar-pei, rotting zombie dog – something like that. Thanks for stopping by the dog blog Pamela. A happy WW to you.

Hi Stefanie, it's wonderful to have you swing by the dog blog. And speaking of swinging, I saw your post on those, uh, rather feminine dog costumes. I tried to picture my guys in one of those and ended up laughing so hard, they started to bark at me.
